The Club:

  • Are for children and young people with high functioning Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD and similar needs.
  • For children aged 8 - 13 years (young people up to the age of 16 can attend depending on their needs).
  • Focus on promoting social and communication skills and making friends whilst having fun.
  • Parents do not need to stay with their children because it is a short break club.
  • We consciously keep the numbers low (max 12 children). This is designed to reduce social anxiety and over stimulation.
  • The ratio of child to staff is usually 3:1
  • 1:1 support can also be provided at additional cost.
  • Children need to be independent in accessing the toilet. We are able to support them and remind them but we cannot provide personal care.
  • Activities: Club is an exciting combination of not only fun with Trains (Electric OO gauge model trains, battery operated ones and Brio) and a vast range of Bricks and Lego® but also many different fun activities such as Slime making, Circuits, Coding, Origami, Balloon modelling, Art & Craft, Sensory activities, Board games and Puzzles, Outdoor space and guest workshops!
