Concessions may be available on a case by case basis if cost becomes a hindrance to a child accessing the service.
Priority will be given to SBLO applications.
Are for children and young people with high functioning Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD and similar needs.
For children aged 8 - 13 years (young people up to the age of 16 can attend depending on their needs).
Focus on promoting social and communication skills and making friends whilst having fun.
Parents do not need to stay with their children because it is a short break club.
We consciously keep the numbers low (max 12 children). This is designed to reduce social anxiety and over stimulation.
The ratio of child to staff is usually 3:1
1:1 support can also be provided at additional cost.
Children need to be independent in accessing the toilet. We are able to support them and remind them but we cannot provide personal care.
Activities: Club is an exciting combination of not only fun with Trains (Electric OO gauge model trains, battery operated ones and Brio) and a vast range of Bricks and Lego® but also many different fun activities such as Slime making, Circuits, Coding, Origami, Balloon modelling, Art & Craft, Sensory activities, Board games and Puzzles, Outdoor space and guest workshops!

12 places are available in Boundless Saturday and Holiday clubs. These will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The places will need to be booked in advance.
Bookings can be made online. To book places, you will need to complete a ‘Register here form’ online to determine eligibility. Thereafter, Boundless Care will send you your login details. An Information and Risk Assessment Form will need to be completed
online. This form gives the staff relevant information about the child/young person and helps to provide a safe and enjoyable session to your child/young person.
If there are no places available on a particular session, your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will be informed if a place becomes available.

All bookings must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the clubs.
Changing your bookings
We will be happy to support you in changing the date/dates of sessions, subject to availability, as long as you are able to give us 2 business days’ notice from the original session booked. There will be no charge involved.
It is vital to us that you let us know in advance of any
cancellation, as the number of children attending the club
determines the number of staff we need on the day.
For those paying privately or through direct payments - If once the place is booked (i.e. you have made the payments) and you would like to cancel the session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. As a part of Boundless Care cancellation policy,
we do not issue refunds for any cancellations, except at the discretion of the Directors based on certain circumstances such as if you have booked your child for more than one session and after the first session, your child no
longer wants to return, then we will refund the other sessions booked.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booked club, a credit note will be issued. This means that the payment you have made, will be adjusted against any future bookings/payments you will make. The credit note will only be valid for a period
of 12 months from the date of issue.
Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and ‘no shows’ will be charged for the session. Any exemptions will be at the discretion of the Directors based on exceptional circumstances
Short Break Local Offer (SBLO) - If your child accesses the Boundless clubs through SBLO hours, in case of cancellation done 48 hours in advance, the SBLO hours will not be credited by Boundless Care and the payment made will be adjusted against any future
payments/bookings made. The credit note will only be valid for the duration of that SBLO financial year (1st April - 31st March).
If you have given Boundless Care certain number of SBLO hours for your child and after the first session your child no longer wants to attend, we will only credit the hours your child has attended and the remaining SBLO hours will be returned to you
